Patch offers inspiring coaching and motivating classes, that are all about honouring what you can achieve and making you feel great within yourself!

You never have to feel like you’re on your own, or equally that you’re not getting the attention you need, as classes are in small groups of up to four people. This really boosts the energy of the classes and keeps spirits high throughout!

Our 4 week class rotation means that you can really develop in each exercise and reach your personal best!
