The benefits of small group personal training.

For the people who have never tried small group personal training, and have no idea why we do what we do, here’s a round-up of why we train only in groups of up to four people.

We believe it is the best combination of quality, focused coaching, with all the benefits of a fun, group dynamic to remove the boredom of going to the gym.

WHY DO WE TRAIN IN SMALL GROUPS AT PATCH FITNESS?

  1. Classes are structured into sections, they are designed to get you the best results and work on a four-week rotation so that you are really able to work on building up your muscles.

  2. You’ll get all the attention you need to make sure the exercises are prescribed at your level. This means you can train with injuries, aches and pains and improve your strength and mobility.

  3. Building on from no. 2, being in a small group means you will get a lot more attention than you would in a class or gym situation. If your form is wrong and could lead to injury, or just not be effective, then it will be corrected immediately in a friendly way by one of the Patch coaches, so that you get the best results!

  4. But by being part of a motivating and inspiring group, you’ll never feel like you’re doing it on your own! The community only helps inspire each other to keep going and work hard!

  5. Having a personal trainer helps to keep you accountable and also gives you the ability to track your progress and fitness. You are able to have check-ins and advice from your coaches whenever you need it.

  6. Small group personal training sessions work out as very cost-effective, as you have a personal trainer helping your journey, all the structure and attention you need, without being as costly as 1-1 training.

That’s our little round-up! It really is a great way to get fitter and stronger in a safe environment whilst having fun!
